Yes, all products are all natural & made in house. Products may contain nuts always conduct a patch test before use.

 ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE ON MY SKIN?

All DeLaRoseXSkin are safe to use on the skin as every batch is doubled checked before it is sent out.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the quantities of orders, we are unable to change orders once it is placed.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Due to health & safety we do not accept returns or exchanges.

HELP, MY ORDER WAS WRONG WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event of you receiving a wrong product please contact info@delarosexskin.com within 2 working days of receiving your order. 

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF HIGH FRAUD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All orders marked high fraud will be cancelled automatically. 

WHERE SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
